How can I help?
Sex and relationships can be complicated. Whether something has changed, something isn’t working as you’d hoped, or you simply want to explore, we can work through it together.
Desire, Arousal & Disconnect
Low libido, fluctuating desire, feeling detached from physical sensation, or navigating changes from gender-affirming hormones (HRT).
Erections & Performance Pressure
Erection difficulties, ejaculation concerns, performance anxiety, and the psychological pressures of hookup and cruising culture.
Pain, Discomfort & Pelvic Tension
Pain during sex, pelvic floor tension, anxiety around penetration, neovaginal dilation difficulties, or post-surgical healing.
Orgasm, Sensation & Pleasure
Difficulty reaching orgasm, changes in genital sensation, or moving away from rigid sexual scripts to discover what actually feels good.
Kink, BDSM & Power Dynamics
Navigating kink, fetishes, and power exchange without shame, processing scene experiences, or negotiating boundaries.
Couples & Polycules (Waitlist 2027)
Therapy for partnerships, open setups, and polyamorous networks will open in 2027. Register early interest to join the advance waitlist.
Experienced and inclusive.
Therapy should be a space where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgment, pathologisation, or misunderstanding.

What to expect
Common questions about starting therapy.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and conducted online via a secure, encrypted video platform. Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly. The pace and focus of the work are collaborative.
Are my sessions confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. I adhere strictly to the ethical guidelines of my professional body and COSRT regarding your privacy and data protection. Exceptions are made only if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, which would be discussed with you whenever possible.
What are the fees?
Fees vary depending on whether you are seeking individual or relationship therapy. I maintain a limited number of concessionary slots to ensure accessibility. Please get in touch via email to request my current fee schedules and check availability.
